Self Marriage is a journey that all of us experience - intentionally or not - over the course of our lives.

The initiation can come from the death of a person, a relationship, the loss of someone important or once our children fly the nest.

It can come from our relationship with God (the God of your Choosing) or from the Land. It can be sparked through meditations, mirror work or through medicine journeys.

Ultimately, one day we all arrive at the space where we realize that it's not about what's going on outside of us.

Take one look at the world and the deep hunger that exists within us all - trying to fill our most fragmented selves with things or people. We want more, more and more, until finally one day we get tired of wanting.

The key is inside.

We we take a good hard look at Disney programming and witness where we believe we need to be saved by the Shiny Prince or even by the spiritual bypassing that is happening - that we need the perfect 'Sacred Masculine' for our 'Divine Feminine'.

The journey of inner union is asking, who is asking? searching? hungry? How can we find that deep place inside that no one else can touch?
